01. We suggest our customer contact us before placing an order (not including "Pre-order available items, Ready Stock, and Special Offer items).
02. "Ready Stock" item will be sent out as soon as possible after we received and confirmed the full payment.
03. Due to manpower shortage, we cannot provide more merchandise pictures.
04. Every transaction must be settled in full (payment) before we proceed Pre-ordering or Shipping out your merchandise.
05. We will not accept any order cancellation once the customer paid in full (including Pre-order Deposit and Ready Stock Full Amount).
06. We will never ruin our good name for small profit, we aimed for long.
07. We will love to hear from you, any suggestions or feedback please do not hesitate to write us a message :).
08. We will ensure the merchandise in good condition and repack the ready to ship merchandise. But we can't control the situation during the shipping process.
09. Merchandise or packaging might be damaged (such as bends, creases and etc.) during the shipping process, we do not accept any explanation to request refund or return.
10. Collectors and customers who demand zero damage to outer packaging box will be recommended to place your order elsewhere.
11. It is nature that Figure Manufacturers will cut off a reasonable amount of worldwide orders to maintain the quality of their products. Unsuccessful orders will be refunded.
12. It is nature that New and Unopened Figures will have a flaw on it (maybe rare but possible) caused by the mass-production process and are not considered defects, so for this we do not accept any explanation to request refund or return as well.
13. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this.
14. Before you proceed to pay: 
1) Do make sure that PO End Date still valid, if still valid feel free to place your order.
2) If PO End Date expired = Out of Stock / No Longer Available. DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER or we have no choice but to refund you in Shop Voucher instead of Cash.
3) For the PO expired item, you can try to check with us and see if got buffer stock.
4) Store credits are not for discount or payment waiver purposes, Please DO NOT APPLY it into your order.
